Vega Exhaust Guards

I have a feeling that this may have been covered before but my mind is overloaded so cannot say for sure!
Why is it that there appear to be two different Vega large exhaust shields, presumably for two different exhausts? In the parts manual that I have there only appears the one part number listed for both the exhaust and shield?

Can anyone enlighten me.....

Thanks, Staffy, I thought I had seen it somewhere! I wonder how long they were into production before they changed? I assume that there must be two part numbers as they are different items - anyone know for sure?
