WANTED Sunny front hub

It's a needle in a Haystack I know but i'm after a Sunny front hub. If anyone knows of one or has one for sale please contact me.
The usual shops don't have any.

Still looking (no surprise there).
Does anyone have any details on these I.E part number, a size or weight, just something that makes identification possible of a second hand part? Thanks for any help on this.

Have you tried Tony Tessier on Facebook? He's running tubeless rims on his very special Vega. He may have a spare hub.

I've been after 1 for ages also. I wonder if 1 could be borrowed or even get the spec / details, could a 3D image be printed and with that approach some engineering firms to make a batch?
Snails / Ed is part geek & might know what is required for the 3D images? I've got a full on geek nephew who has the IT gear to make all sorts of stuff? CAD is used lots in metal engineering to create metalwork.
Do you think there would be enough interested Luna riders to cover a small investment?

As an aside I think there is only 1 rear hub left at SR - I just bought a spare.

Although now I think more about it, the responsibility of lots of people razzing round on a wheel hub I've played even a minor role in making would cause a lot of sleepless nights!

What is it that folk want to achieve with Sunny front hubs? Bigger better brakes? Surely grafting on a Li front fork would open up a whole new world of possibilities. Disc brakes anyone. I've got a couple of scrap Vega forks if anyone wants the stems to use as a start.

Hi Paul, you get all the above plus the option to use tubeless rims and keep a similar look to the wheels. Cheers

I've seen the li fork conversion. Even thought about doing it but decided it was too much for me to chew. There's the fork welding, placement of the reserve and also the mudguard not fitting. The time it took me to do my electronic conversion put me off the idea of doing anything else fancy!
