Anyone know if it is possible to put a Sunny 100 engine in a Lui? I know that the shock mounting is different but I was wondering if there is any other issues that would stop it from happening?

You not going with the 80cc conversion then? I'd have thought that more powerful plus the tuning to take it further

swap over all the internals from the sunny into the lui casing, that should be easier.

I'm still thinking about the Casa Kit but I've not really heard anyone recommend it. The only reason I was thinking of the Sunny engine is because I can pick one up from Scooter Restorations for £500. I'm thinking it might be cheaper to buy a complete engine once I've put new bearings, crank and the kit on my Lui Engine case

I think Joey Fontane rates the Casa kit, they must be ok as they are always out of stock when you look.
Perhaps put some wanted posts up on various forums, you never know you might get lucky with a Vega engine or Starstream engine or you could go the bigger series engine implant but that would involve finding a frame and some welding work etc then upgrading the brakes would be a must .

If I remember rightly you want to ride this when you are 16? If you can wait till you are 17 then the best up grade option might be to sell the lui and buy a vega. Just an idea,
