stainless bits

just had a few more parts (only 30 of each) laser cut.
these are stand brackets, tie bar (vega cometa only), and rear hub locking rings.
all parts are perfect fit, and won't rust £4 each
still got a few other vega /lui stainless bits left, but no engine mount bolts or wheel spindles, i am getting more made, but wont be done untill the new year.

They sound good Daz - can you list all the bits you've got and their prices, cheers

I can say the parts i have had from Daz really are top quality and perfect fit, the lock plate is the best i've seen. Top marks that man

the prices i will put on here are for the club only, i will be putting some onto ebay but at a higher price.

Daz I think I need stand brackets and a tie bar for my bitza but need to cross check my parts spreadsheet first

no problem snails, i can send them all together.
they can be polished to a realy high sheen, (by you, not by me )or if you wish can be left a matt finish.

I could also probably do with a full list of what will be for sale as would like to save on postage.

here is a picture of what they can be polished up to, they will come with a matt stainless finish.
the tie bar will not fit lui machines.

you might get scootopia interested, i sent them a rear rack a few years ago (spare wheel type) and they remade them, but i was surprised that they were in normal steel rather than stainless.

worth a call, but there not for me .

i do also have a rear back rest, there probably easier to remake in stainless, still ugly though.

I would really like a backrest. I know Coxy had one for years knocking about with a blue tartan pad...wish I'd bought it now !

mines got the blue tartan pad, someone must of thought it looked cool at some time

finally after what seems like an eternity, the other vega stainless parts are ready
engine mount spindle with distance pice and two nuts.
front hub spindle drilled for damper studs comes with damper studs,3 distance pices,2 inner nuts and 2 outer (shouldered) nuts
brake and clutch lever pivot pins.
engine side casing stud kit inc the 2 long studs.
rear shock distance piece (still waiting for nut)
rear hub nuts.

still waiting on
cable adjusters (set of 3)
gear change swivel bolt (on top of casing)
fork link bolts.
