front brake conversion J125/4

Prepping the Lui for this years Eurolambretta I finally found the time to put a use to the Starstream front brake lying around the last couple years. Was a pretty much easy swap, only the space between forklinks is less then with the Starstream - so I could not use the inner nut on the right side of the hub, exchanged it with a small spacer instead. Used a thicker 6mm teflon lined bowden cable and went the reverse pulling way.

The brake works a treat, speedo as well. The only thing I'm Not happy about is the color and routing of the speedo cable.

you mean all 65km? Sure, why not! Actually it will be 2 Vegas and 1 Lui with a Vega engine that go together on that epic trip. I´m sure it will be as much entertaining as last years 800km roundtrip to switzerland via the Alps and trough torrential rain
