Mine won't be registered in time unfortunately! Got to sort this clutch pin out before I can MOT it as it's causing the clutch to partially engage when I kick the bike up. Not always giving me a full kick

Adam, which pin is this? One of my bikes has a similar problem when cold. Fine once running.

sounds like the reference pin on the kickstart shaft.

Sorry folks it's my fault it's gone off topic but he did say clutch pin. Mine is like the clutch is slipping when kicked from cold. Not lack of engagement with first gear.

That's because we don't have a problems page, where do we post when things go wrong? I asked awhile ago as In maybe 2 years. Crying or Very sad

I had a similar problem just a few weeks back, turned out to be the clutch circlip had slightly come adrift from it's groove Rolling Eyes

Yeah that's it, the clutch push rod. The one that sits in the crankcase side. It seems I'm having the same problem as you but once the engine is warm, if I stop the bike and try to start it again I can't get a kick.
