Cluster problem

Hi guys,
need some advice.. just got a new Vega and noticed that the clutch sprocket is to big for the cluster? (the splines are larger in dia than the cluster splines) Would you say the sprocket is for a J or starstream... anyway i will need one i guess... just counted the teeth on the box which is
4th 39/20
3rd 42/16
2nd 46/13
1st 49/09
is this vega ? which will mean the sprockets off sumat else//
the cluster splines seem to be stepped? is this right?
