help wanted with wiring problem

im one small step away from an mot and then off to the dvla for a reg plate but when i connect the wiring from the headset to coil and flywheel end it keeps cuting out. please help me

is the cut out switch damaged on the light switch?

is the actual switch screwed onto the handlebars, as this acts as the earth, so it needs to be.

the scoots stopping and starting on q with cut out button working just no lights or horn help. daz h will post pics of crank for help with mag housing cheers mate steve.

horn might be knackerd, they often are, this is due to vibration, you can drill out the rivets, and look inside, mine had a solder that had come away from the coil, easy job, sorted in minutes.
