please help

I desperately need the washer that goes between the two locking nuts at the top of a steering column. The one that has a small lug which locates into the groove in the steering column
I have tried various outlets in the UK but with no luck. I have e mailed Rimini scooters but they arent showing any on thier website
Does any one have one (spare) or know where I can get hold of one.
