No, I did a deal for it and I'm in to it for a bit more than I should be, but I like it and I think it's worth it, so what the hell!
It was already taxed and tested and on the road, it came as it is in the pictures, the reg plate bracket looks cool and is really well made, I think you can buy them??
If it is home made then it's a cracking job?
It does look better in the pictures than it actually is, but I will be starting work on it when I get a couple of jobs around the house done.
I want to put a 75cc or 80cc kit on it, once I find out which is the best?
A new exhaust and carb, then remove the whitewall tyres (don't like), a respray and a bit of polished alloy and chrome bits to finish.

The pipe part will be the hardest part of what you describe.
