Getting together

Guys, it's been mentioned on here that next year is an anniversary of some kind for Loc or Lunabase.
Are we going to have some kind of get together at all?
How about VMSC (i'll try not to almost cut off my fingers this time) It would be really great to have a display and hopefully get some t shirts, patches, stickers etc etc done for this.
Come on Luna owners how about it? I'm up for it anyone else???

It's not really my idea Daz, Pete mentioned it some time ago but with all things forum based once it's a day old it's not current news.
I just thought i re-mention it and keep the embers glowing.
It would be a great to have some kind of gathering and perhaps win a trophy for a club display with a
commemorative momento for those taking part or just for members ( i'm sure we could all chip in to fund this)
We have seen photos of Luna Landings in the past it must be time for another

Well I'd be up for it, just cant promise to make it as I've tried to go to VMSC 3x now and never made it (I even set off once - in a car - and had to turn back!)

Thackers is right I did suggest this and am still keen to have a display. 2012 is the none too shoddy 10th anniversary of the LOC so I think we should do a display. So who's up for it?

I spoke to two more people about VMSC event next year and they are up for attending with us as a club so add another Vega and a Cometa to the list of those that are already saying they are in.

I think the ones that are in should provide the relevant details to Pete or Daz over the next couple of months at latest so as the arrangements can be made as one and all details can be confirmed.

What about trying to do something with the LCGB at Lincoln in July 2012?

As a club celebrating 10 years we must do something to get together and have something to show for turning up to a event together or being a member.
It might sound hard, but there's been nothing delivered when it comes to ideas, so i'm hoping next year will be diffrent.
The V.M.S.C event will soon be on us and although i will have to van it there i'm deffo going. I might have space in the back for one more but i'll have to check if 2 vegas will go in the back of a Berlingo van. If they will someone's welcome to a lift.
Would it be a good idea if we contribute to a display of some of the rare items on the Luna range? I for one would love to see what others have collected.

I got the entry form through the post yesterday. we will have to move on this soon i think before all the space goes

Count me and my mate ricey in for the display. i will be riding one of my 3 cometas to the show, and ricey riding on his vega to the show, i have 2 more cometas if needed to boost the display. i can get a driver to bring them down in my van. One of the cometas has only done just over 2000 miles from new. Hope this helps. See you all there.
