new exhaust fitted. its an off the shelf pipe only needed a couple of cuts and re weld to fit. sounds great aswell .... well it did until this happened

dropped ring into inlet port , will try with just top ring

As I said on the Lcgb forum, I love the look of that exhaust and imagine it will perform very well.
I hope the 1 ring works well - can't see why not!

up and running after the bottom ring incident lol, just dailing in the timing and carb , its a screamer , into orbit here i come lol Shocked

will try and get it on a rolling road next week . stay tuned Cool

i got 9.2 bhp with 5f/lbs of torque. not bad for 90cc , but was making peak power too high up in the revs . was reving out at 11600rpm lol completley insane lol. ive altered the pipe now and it makes slightly more power at just over 10bhp but now has 7f/lbs of torque and makes the power lower in the revs , more usable now lol . was getting a bit of clutch slip aswell when i started altering the pipe, now cured with some series 3 lth clutch springs . will tidy up the wiring aswell this week .
