Best book for rebuilding Lui/ Vega
Hello,
Can anyone recommend what the best book i can buy which shows how to assemble a Lui 50 or Vega 75 preferably with some good images. Is there a book that combines the two models?
I could also do with purchasing a book with the part numbers listed in it.
Thanks,
John.

Have you not seen Stickys book on this?
Sorry that's my joke. There are no books on Luna's unfortunately although its something that many people (including myself) have long wished for. Best thing is ask lots of question on here, as some of us (not me) know what they are talking about..

Oh, that's a shame.
At least I enjoy a challenge :-)
I need to find a fair few bits yet, before I get to full assembly stage.
Questions will be asked very soon I'm sure.
Thanks,
John.

Re: Best book for rebuilding Lui/ Vega
There is a copy of an Innocenti book with all the parts numbers and engineering drawings in. I got mine a few months ago but I can't for the life of my remember where from. Sorry. Possibly, it was one of the main dealers via Ebay??
The old "Lambretta Workshop Manuals" do refer to the Vega and they are worth getting but they are not a restoration manual.

Have a look on the german lambretta club website, you can download some instructions and the parts diagrams have come in handy. Not a sticky guide but has helped me, although no where near as much as the people on here!

Re: Best book for rebuilding Lui/ Vega
Managed to win a Vega and Lui book on eBay last night, so I'll be able to check if my bits are in the correct place soon. :-)
I'll check out the German site tonight.
Thanks,
John
