rear shocker alternative
Could this work? It is the correct spacing I think eye to eye. I'm waiting to find out the hole size

Let us know what they say regarding the hole sizes. Might well be interested in one myself

Re: rear shocker alternative
The coils look too wide to me. They will foul the rear mudguard. The bottom mounting could be spaced out with a longer bolt/spacer combo but not the top. Any other opinions?
Paul.
I've read that other owners baulk at the price of a new casa repro shock especially as they are so basic in construction but has anyone spoken to Hagon to see if they could make a quality replacement
(other shock manufacturers are available!)

I got a one off made from a trials/moto-cross specialist in Dorset. Trust me - the Casa ones are cheap in comparison !

Same place Daz but got it done a long time after Rob got his done so had to send a Vega shock down as Robin (fella I dealt with and a very helpful man) didn't have original details. Made it to suit my weight and is nitrogen filled, adjustable spring abd best of all - not in ur face

I know I'm guilty of this, I just point blank refuse to pay £80 odd quid for a Luna shocker when you can buy a series 3 one from around half that amount. If that can be done why not a Luna one too, same goes for a few new parts really. Tight????? you bet

I suppose it's economies of scale - how many rear shockers for Luna's would you ever be able to sell? The market size must 5% that of Series 3

Personally I'm really glad Casa make what they do, and even push things forward with kits and varitronic etc but I just don't have the spare cash when my grubby old shock will get it through its MOT
