Rear brake switch alternative

I'm probably way behind on this and it's common knowledge, but after a total collapse of my original brake switch I've managed to replace it with a 2 pin switch from a series 1/2 (I think it's from those) Around £6 all in. I simply cut back the metal part that fixes it to the frame leaving just the switch with it's metal back plate, and bolted it to the Luna right angled plate through where the rivets are and back onto the bike. Simples.
