Timing Marks

I have a Lui 50 with a recent conversion to 75cc. I have found the timing mark arrow on the flywheel but nothing appears on the crankcase? There is a mark on the magneto flange, but this mark is covered when you fit the flywheel?
Any help would be much appreciated.
