Casa 75 kit set up
I've just fitted my Lui with a Casa 75 kit. Upgraded chain, sprocket etc.
It's running the new Rimini big bore type exhaust, not the up and over.
Also running the sh1/20 carb jetted as per a Vega 75
It won't pull second or third.
Has anyone else run the same set up? Have you modified the jetting?

Re: Casa 75 kit set up
Hi, are you still on points? It could be that they're bouncing or need replacing. While you're there check the timing, it might be different with the casa kit to standard.
I guess an easy start would be to check and swap the H.T lead and cap, they might be breaking down under pressure , change plugs and gap correctly. It has been known that new plugs have been faulty use a NGK B7ES or similar maybe try a coil that you know is ok. Then check the fuel tap , you might have a Lui tap on , the Vega one lets a little more fuel through, make sure the pipe isn't getting nipped in the shocker.
Welcome along by the way. Post up in the "Tell us about yourself" to let others know your new here

Re: Casa 75 kit set up
Hi there, its got new points, new ht, new Casa Vega fuel tap, new plug.
Ticks over and starts perfectly
It's definitely caburation and it's in the mid to top range so it's Atomiser and main.
I was simply wondering if anyone else has done this pretty standard upgrade like I have and if so, how was it jetted?
Thanks for the welcome, I'll introduce myself on the other thread.

I've not run this set up but is there anything from Casa or maybe Rimini regarding advised /starting jetting config?
